天海防务7月14日晚间发布公告称，公司子公司江苏大津重工有限公司中标风电工艺驳船项目。中标金额5944.5万元。
2019年年报显示，天海防务的主营业务为制造业、批发零售业、服务业，占营收比例分别为：67.85%、22.58%、9.57%。
天海防务的董事长是刘楠，男，60岁，中国国籍，无境外居留权，毕业于武汉水运工程学院，研究生学历，教授级高级工程师。 天海防务的总经理是占金锋，男，42岁，中国国籍，无境外居留权，毕业于华中科技大学，硕士研究生学历，教授级高级工程师。
