摘 要：变电站是风电场必备的集电、送电系统，其主要功能是将风电机组所发电能汇集后，通过高压线路输送到电网上。变电站是连接风电场和电网的枢纽，它对风电场的电能稳定输送和销售起到至关重要的作用。本文通过对内蒙古阿左旗贺兰山风电场110KV 变电站工程的设计、施工、试运行和验收四个管理环节进行总结，探索风电场变电站工程建设科学、合理施工工法和模式，为今后风电场变电站工程建设管理提供借鉴
