10月12日，从胶州市住房和城乡建设局获悉，华润新能源胶州风电场工程涉无证施工。
胶西街道办事处史家店子村豪德博尔路以东、宁泰路以北的华润新能源胶州风电场工程（50MW）项目办公楼、配电室、辅助用房，在建筑工程施工许可证未取得的情况下擅自施工，违反了《建筑工程施工许可管理办法》第二条、第三条之规定。
10月10日，润电风能（青岛）有限公司被给予罚款叁万壹仟玖佰元人民币。（胶建行处字﹝2023﹞第006号）
