4月29日6时，较原计划提前33天，渑池凤凰山风电项目顺利实现7.2万千瓦全容量并网发电。这是河南分公司复工复产后首个全容量并网的风电项目。
该项目位于河南省渑池县境内，风场安装27台2兆瓦和6台3兆瓦风电机组，风场海拔1400米，是典型的山地风电场。自开工建设以来，项目以争创“精品工程”为目标，克服了新冠疫情、极端气候等不利影响，始终坚持安全、质量、进度和造价管理的高效可控。
