据广平省人民委员会办公室最近发出的通知，近日，该省人民委员会已与同心集团股份公司和法国夸德国际公司(Quadran International)联营体代表就该省各可再生能源项目投资工作进行座谈。获悉，同心集团和法国夸德国际公司是独立电力生产商。夸德国际公司以其30年的经验已提出到2020年风电和太阳能发电量达1GW的目标。
