12月26日，锡盟发改委以(锡发改发字〔2017〕44号)核准批复了锡林浩特市明阳风力发电有限公司50MW风电供热项目。
批复文件指出，该项目建设业主为锡林浩特市明阳风力发电有限公司，建设规模为5万千瓦，总投资4亿元，建设地点位于锡林浩特市西北部。计划以220千伏电压等级接入锡林浩特市北郊110kV变电站。
文件要求项目业主在依法合规的办理土地、生态、规划、维稳等相关手续后方可开工建设，同时要高度重视风场内植被恢复工作，尽可能减少施工对生态的破坏，加强风电场的安全保护设备投入，确保风电场安全运行。
锡林浩特市明阳风力发电有限公司50MW风电供热项目的建设，对于调整我市能源结构、实现可持续发展，具有重要的意义。
