　　11月9日，焦作市制动器开发有限公司年产8万台风能制动器项目举行了隆重的奠基仪式。中国农业机械工业协会风力机械分会派专人出席仪式，焦作市委书记路国贤和武陟县委书记杜宇等市县级领导应董事长周旭生、总经理王长海之邀，亲临现场，致词庆贺，培土奠基。
