09年第二届风电供需合作交流洽谈会在青岛胜利召开

　　本次会议是在国家为有力拉动内需，保持经济社会平稳较快发展，政府加大能源领域投资力度，大力支持和鼓励可再生能源发展的背景下召开的，目的是为加强电力技术、设备企业与风力发电企业的供需合作交流，推广新技术、电力设备新产品，促进更好地供需双方交流合作。

参会代表分组讨论

　　25日与会专家分别对“经济危机下的电厂采购模式”、“新形势下对投标企业的门槛变化”、“电厂、电力设计院设计选型的标准”、“对于电厂亏讯、国家的政策及办法”、“电厂对企业的要求”等一系列的议题进行了研讨发言。
