中国广核集团完成对英国Clover风电项目80%股权收购

　　总部位于深圳的中国广核集团今日宣布，当地时间12月15日，中广核欧洲能源公司与法国电力公司下属的新能源公司在英国伦敦签署股权转让协议，完成了英国Clover风电项目80%股权的收购。

　　据介绍，Clover风电项目位于英格兰东部，由三个在运风场组成，装机容量为72MW ，是中广核欧洲能源公司在充分竞争的环境中通过竞标获得的。

　　为布局欧洲新能源市场，2014年6月30日，中广核在法国注册成立了中广核欧洲能源公司，主要从事欧洲海上风电、陆上风电、太阳能等可再生能源项目的投资并购、开发建设，运维以及资产管理等业务。
