为更好地引导社会资金投向战略性新兴产业重点领域，支撑战略性新兴产业相关政策措施的落实，国家发展改革委会同相关部门组织专家研究起草了《战略性新兴产业重点产品和服务指导目录（公开征求意见稿）》，现向社会公开征求意见，欢迎各社会团体和各界人士踊跃参与，为培育和发展我国战略性新兴产业积极建言献策。
此次公开征求意见时间为2012年9月25日至2012年10月25日。欢迎各界人士通过网络在线提出意见。
