11月25日， 华电重工股份有限公司（简称“华电重工”）发布《关于高级管理人员辞职的公告》。
公告称，华电重工董事会于2023年11月23日收到牛文献先生的书面辞职申请。因工作变动原因，牛文献先生申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞职后，牛文献先生将不在公司及其控股子公司任职。
